4-Piece Central Vacuum Accessory Set

I'm pleased with these brushes and recommend them. I have only one quibble: I thought my set would be white, like in the picture above, but the set I received was black. I decided that it doesn't matter, and you probably won't care either. On to the important things! All of them fit the standard-size wand on my Eureka SmartVac, just as promised. If the tube on your own vacuum is 1 and 1/4 inches, they should fit yours too. The brushes seem sturdy and well-made, with no loose bristles or flashing around the mold seams. The plastic is hard and fairly thick and has an attractive texture. You get a crevice tool, a round upholstery brush, a 5 and 1/2 inch hard-bristled brush and a lovely 10 inch long floor brush, which has soft bristles and wheels on the bottom. There is also an interesting caddy, which has sockets for three brushes and a clip to hold them onto a tube someplace on your vacuum cleaner. Here's a surprise: the bristles on the round brush and the floor brush are natural hair bristles, not plastic. (I tested this by cutting a few off and burning them.) For what it's worth, that means that the attachment will not build up as great of a static charge as an attachment with synthetic bristles. I guess that could make a difference in a dry climate, and they should also be easier on delicate upholstery. They're quite soft, like a makeup brush. The 5 and 1/2 inch attachment does not have natural bristles, they seem to be stiff black plastic. I'm really pleased with these attachments. Now we have one set each in both the upper floor and the basement, and I don't have to go up and down stairs calling "OK, who has the floor thingie, I need it back!"

The first thing that really surprised me about this set of tools are the bristles, they're natural! It's been ages since I've seen new vacuum cleaner tools with natural bristles. They have a big advantage over plastic as they're soft and won't damage surfaces. All tools are better than I thought they would be. The plastic seems like a good quality, meaning it doesn't feel flimsy or like it will crack easily. The floor tool is particularly nice. It picks up all manner of pet hair and dust. The only drawback, and it's small, is the tools are held on by friction. Meaning there's no clip attachment. I used the upholstery and dust brush for a good hour with no problems. This is a great option to replace missing or worn vacuum cleaner tools. Or if the vacuum cleaner you have is lacking decent tools.

I really like this vacuum set. The only problem I had was the round brush is almost too tight to go on the vacuum hose. The other 3 attachments fit perfectly. I can get the brush on but it takes some work. Otherwise, these attachments work really well.

Avarage quality, plastic seems low grade and more on brittle side leaving concern that it break eventually.

Product arrived exactly as pictured (in white). I bought the set mainly for the smaller attachment which I needed because we had major home improvements and there was dust all over the house. It worked great, but the real surprise was the larger floor piece. It works extremely well for cleaning wood floors and I use that attachment constantly. It has held up well after several months of use and I haven't noticed the hairs falling out and they are still straight (no crazy bending) so they do a great job of moving the dust so that it can be vacuumed up. There are wheels on it and the front has small notches in the hair to make it easier for items to be sucked up instead of just pushed around on the floor. Highly recommended product.

I clean for a living and bought these to have extra vacuum accessories floating around between work and home. They're great. Much better than the ones that come with the average household vacuum cleaner and they also work with our Hoover backpack vacuum using the attachment adapter that came with the vac. So far I haven't had trouble with them falling off of the vacuum and they have a nice angle to work with. A couple of things I didn't realize before purchasing: the hard floor tool actually has little wheels on the ends, not just the bristles, and also, the brush slides off of the smaller rectangular tool. There are pros and cons to both of those things. The little wheels are hard plastic to could scratch a floor if you're not careful. And the brush sliding off makes the tool 2-in-1 but it can slide off while you're using it since it doesn't really click on enough. So they're not perfect, but still leaps and bounds ahead of the ones you usually get with your vacuum.
