I wasn’t expecting to love this carpet deodorizer as much as I do, but it has become a staple in my home. With a dog in the house, I’m constantly battling lingering odors especially in high‑traffic areas and around the pet bed. Vacuuming alone never fully removed that “pet smell,” but this powder genuinely makes a difference. Effectiveness: The odor removal is impressive. It doesn’t just mask smells with heavy fragrance it actually neutralizes them. I’ve used it on carpets, rugs and the dog bed and every time the area smells fresher and cleaner. It lifts deep odors from fibers that normal cleaning doesn’t reach. Pet urine, damp dog smell, and general mustiness disappear after one treatment. Scent: I chose the Lemon Love scent, and it’s perfect. Clean, bright, and natural and not artificial or overpowering. It leaves a subtle citrus freshness that makes the whole room feel lighter. I also appreciate that it’s made with essential oils and no harsh chemicals, no residue, and completely safe once vacuumed. Ease of Use: Couldn’t be simpler. I sprinkle it on, wait about 10 minutes, and vacuum. That’s it. The powder pulls moisture and odors from deep within the carpet, and everything looks and smells refreshed afterward.

I absolutely love this product! I have 2 kids and 2 cats and sometimes my house just smells funky :) This helped freshen up my family room so nicely. It's not overpowering, but smells fresh and clean when we walk in the door (instead of like cat litter and sweaty sports uniforms). I used the lemon scent and refreshed the whole room. t was super easy to use and left no residue on our furniture or rugs. Love that it's non-toxic, so I don't have to worry about the kids and cats laying on the furniture after. I can't wait to use it in other rooms and try out different scents. I've been using it weekly and love it!

Update: I’m on bag number 4!! (trying a new scent as we enter fall - safe to say I LOVE THIS SCENT - especially for a cozy fall vibe) I still love this stuff!! It’s hard to find deodorizers that ACTUALLY work, and this one will stay in my cleaning arsenal forever. It’s nice having a product I know works, is affordable, and is non toxic so I feel safe using it in my kid and pet filled home 😊 I’ve gone through multiple bags of this and still prefer it over any other I’ve tried!! I’ve tried 2 difference scents and both have been AMAZING, AND long lasting. Between having a busy (& messy) toddler and 2 large dogs, our carpets need more than just vacuuming.. this deodorizer is just as easy as “just” vacuuming but truly makes a difference in the scent of our home! Our friends and family always know when I’ve used it the second they walk in the door!! Affordable, easy to use, and actually works 💖

I bought this because a commonly-sold brand seemed to irritate my dog's paws and skin. This smells amazing when you first put it down, does not cause irritation of any kind, and has a nice sprinkle-top lid so it doesn't all come pouring out at once. However, the cost of this product (made with pretty common ingredients found in most kitchens), along with the fact the scent doesn't really last, make me wonder if I'll purchase it again. It smells amazing for about 10 minutes, and then....nothing. Maybe it's because it's designed not to create a fragrance, but to eliminate existing smells. Still, I'd like a little more staying power in the scent.

My daughter’s room always ends up smelling a little “lived in” between snacks, my Goldendoodle Dakota sneaking in for naps, and just regular teen girl chaos. I used the Good Natured Carpet Deodorizer in my bedroom first because I wanted to try it out before using it throughout the house. I chose the Mahogany Coconut Bliss scent, and it has such a nice, beachy-fresh smell without being overwhelming. What really surprised me is how long the freshness lasted! Three days later, I can still walk into my house and smell that clean, fresh scent... and I only used it in one room! I honestly can't wait to use it on my living room couch next. I also really like that it's made in the USA with simple ingredients. The 31 oz bag is completely full, so you're getting a good amount of product rather than a bag that's mostly air. I think this size will last me quite a while. The only little issue I had was getting the bag resealed, but honestly, that may have been user error on my part when I first opened it. Overall, I'm really impressed with how much freshness this added to my home, and I love that the scent actually sticks around. I'm definitely going to be using this in more areas of the house and I am definitely interested in trying more of their products.

It’s super easy to use, particles are so fine so you can sprinkle it really quickly or just spread it around with your hands and then just vacuum everything up. I love the smell , whole house smells amazing , when you walk into the house you can immediately feel that fresh clean feeling like everything was just deeply cleaned. I believe this is a clean and safe product to use with kids and cat around and it does exactly what I expected.

I find myself wishing there was more product because I really enjoy using it and would love for it to last longer. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and would definitely purchase it again. Was worried about using a powder on some of my broadloom that are dark colours, but it worked out well. I have 3 cats and anyone with pets knows no matter how much you clean there's always a little bit of odour when they're laying all over the rugs. It's to hard for me to steam clean them more than once a year so this product worked out well. The rugs and the rooms lightly smell of lemon, and it does smell clean. Lots left over to do it many times every couple of weeks. Good product. Definitely buy again.
