These work very good, for myself maybe a little too good definitely more of a take at night supplement

Helpful for insomnia
These invariably help me sleep thru the night when I use them. When researching insomnia sleep aids, I learned of the sleep-promoting properties of the mimosa plant, and this product was the only one I could find that includes mimosa. It works well, though I try not to use more than once ir twice a week to prevent dependence or weakening of effect.

Catch some ZZZ’s
Bought Memosa Sleeping tablets off eBay for $9.99, and I’m happy with my purchase. Works better than any other OTC sleeping pill I’ve tried. I took two , and it actually made me feel tired. I hope this isn’t something that works at first, but stops working over time. This stuff really works for me. No interactions with my medications, but you should always check with your doctor before taking any natural supplement. Would give 5 stars, but it takes a while to receive the product after purchase
