This product voided my HP 2504DW warranty
Put it into my HP 2504DW which is less than half years old. Then black lines showed up. Called HP customer service. Was told since I did not put in HP toner, the HP2504dw is no longer covered under warranty. I have to throw the printer away.

Works great, cannot tell this from the name brand.
We do a lot of printing which is why we have the printer that takes these toner refills. This brand worked the same as the name brand. We made sure the refill cartridge was seated well into the printer and reloaded the printer with the toner. The process was easy and the toner works/prints like the original.

How do you install
No directions. HP has no demo to show how to put ink bag in.

Poor print quality
This caused all of our printers to begin printing poorly. After running through this toner and refilling with the OEM HP toner, the issues subsided.

Useless toner
This toner prints abnormally. Pages came out with lines. Makes drum dirty. Had to order original HP toner.
