No for bed ridden patient
Not help full when the patient is bed ridden. There is always 100% change of leakage. Not advisable for bed ridden patients.

Useful for the bedridden people
Purchased this for my father. It works fine both in sleeping and sitting position. It would better if company provided the cotton part which holds the silicon part for washing in every to avoid any infections. Over all 5 start for the product
