This attractive Stainless-Steel pitcher / pot is wider at the bottom than at the top, making it stable and not prone to tipping over, and the 2.1-quart pot can hold just over 1/2 gallon of cooking oil. As a deep fryer, it should be able to cook two or three servings at the same time. On the downside, the handles are not insulated so when they get hot, they will be very HOT. I was disappointed to discover that the Fryer Pot is not completely self-storing. With the oil strainer in place the lid fits nicely, but when the food compartment (cooking basket) is in the pot the lid does not fit securely, and the strainer and cooking basket cannot fit in the post at the same time so one or the other must be stored separately. For filtering and storing bacon grease, the 2.1-quart pot is much larger then needed except possibly for commercial restaurants.

This stainless steel pot is perfect for deep frying at home. It heats up quickly, holds temperature well, and the quality of the 304 steel is outstanding. It is very easy to clean and has become a great addition to my kitchen.

I’m happy with this fryer pot. The stainless steel feels sturdy and the 2L size is convenient for making smaller batches without using a large pot. I especially like the removable basket because it makes it easy to lift the food out and let the excess oil drain. The handle is comfortable to hold, and everything arrived well packaged. A practical addition to my kitchen.

I love this fry pot! I bought the mid size one as I mostly cook for just myself. I didn't buy the small one because I like a little room in the pot for frying. Love the fry basket. Makes it so easy to fry & drain. No muss. No fuss. And the mesh on the strainer is so fine that it does a great job cleaning the grease so you can reuse it multiple times. That alone is worth the price & will pay for itself in no time.. As a matter of fact. I think I'll buy the larger one as well for larger fry items. This was a good purchase. I can easily recommend it.

Works with induction and gas stove top. However, really small. More for single use than 2 people. Have to be careful not to overflow hot grease!

It's not easy to pour water. It spills a lot when you pour it. It's good for boiling water, but it's inconvenient.

Amazing piece of equipment. It looks beautiful, works well as boiling pot, frying it does well with strainer basket for easy use. if you want to carry just 1 do it all pot for all your camp cooking this is a very strong candidate. Tea it will make nicely, pasta boiling done, pakodas done! It has what they call a grease strainer too for which i found no alternate use yet. Only complain i have is a missing scale marking on the inside and the handle gets too hot as its welded to the pot. other than that its perfect.

The unit is all stainless steel and will not work on my induction stove.
