Caraway 12" Non-Stick Ceramic-Coated Stir Fry Pan

I did a bunch of research before I purchased Caraway cookware. I have bought expensive cookware before (well known named brands) & they did not met my expectations. This one so far have. They are non-stick like they said & I like the handle because it doesn't taper down moving closer to the pan. I have small hands & tapered handles like turn sideways on me. They do this especially if the pans have a bit of weight to them like these do. The grip handle on the opposite side helps keeping the pan steady for me too.

This pan, like our other caraway pans are the best nonstick pans we have used ever. They clean very easily without any oil. They cook evenly on our induction stove. And they are aesthetically beautiful. They are pricier than other brands we have bought but worth the price. Compared to other brands they perform better and on several websites are reviewed as the safest nonstick cookware available.

This is quality cookware plus it’s nontoxic expect to pay more for it, but it’s worth it. I bought the 12 inch wok fry pan and glass lid. I would definitely recommend this to a friend We have made it a thing to replace anything that’s aluminum with toxic coatings, going all ceramic or steel clad. So far the ceramic is holding up really nicely if it fails I’ll be back here to rewrite my review

Only tried a little bit. However, the vendor uses UPS who quit delivering to door, not even to the steps of the door way. The UPS driver just put it at the bottom of driveway. I wish no vendor would use UPS any more.

The answers from the Amazon AI did not reflect information in the product packaging. You do not want to use metal utensils neither forks nor knives in the pan. Ai says a gentle scrub, but for me that would mean a washcloth not a Brillo pad. It says to use a little bit of oil or butter. So although it is a nonstick surface, it does need a little bit of lubricant. So please read those instructions. It is too bad AI only takes the information from the outside of the box. It would be a great thing if someone sat down and put all this information into AI data banks. I find the pan Easy to clean and grilled us a really nice steak the first night we used it. I have done stirfry veggies as well and Ben very happy with the results.

Excellent pan! Beautiful. I made a spinach and potato curry dish to test it out and nothing stuck. Everything cooked easily over medium heat (I resisted the very strong urge to raise the temp to speed things up). The pan does take a bit to heat up, which I had to get used to. Also I used the glass lid—perfect. Great seal and the handle stays cool. Even after 20 mins or so of cooking it only got a little warm, never hot. Did not need a mitt. Very pleased with my purchase!

Like the pan, but this company apparently does some sketchy stuff. Their 12" pan is ACTUALLY 11.75" not 12". I believe they did this specifically so a 12" lid will not fit on it without buying there's. All my other 12" pans & pots, including another I just got at the same time (different manufacturer), are standard 12". If you buy 2 of these, be prepared to fork over another $140 for lids, cause yours won't fit.

I think we cook with this just about every day now. It is larger than my cast iron skillet that I used to use a lot. It is easier to clean than cast iron. It usually only needs light scrubbing with hot soapy water. Some times there are areas that take more effort and we use the included sponge on those areas. The Caraway products are a little more expensive than some but the quality seems worht as does knowing there aren't chemicals we don't want. It looks like it will last a long time. We will probably purchase more Caraway products when replacing other cookware.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL wok! I already have 2 frying pans in different sizes from Caraway and they are so amazing, that I decided to treat myself to the wok and wasn't disappointed. I've noticed with all the frying pans and wok, that the heat is evenly distributed across the pan surface and they are completely non-stick. They are extremely well made, of such high quality - probably the best quality cookware I've ever Owen. I bought them as they are toxin-free, which for me was the major selling point. While they are pricey, they are stunning and worth the money for the quality you get..
