I needed two pairs so thought I would do a quick compare and constrastThese are everything you could ask for in an arch support. Certainly better value than the numerous custom made insoles I have had over the yearsI have learnt the hard way, that it is as important, if not more importan to do foot exercises and stretches than have an insole. The problem with insoles is that once you get used to them and have a decent set it hard to go without them. Exercies I would suggest - at least that I personally find helpful are toe pointing - for as long as you can manage it. Rotation / pronation supination at the ankle as well as keeping the legs as active as possible.
