Neat product to help with plantar fasciitis
Keep it under my work desk and roll on and off usually once daily. Helpful in complimenting usual physio sessions for plantar.

They’re Hard Balls That Give A Good Deep Massage
I don’t feel like there’s much I can say about this product. They’re a pair of firm, black balls that when used give a nice deep massage. Somewhat painful if pushed too hard in to the muscle, but they do the job. I use them mainly on my feet, calves and thighs after a day of gardening. I’ve also used them on my partners back and shoulders, and the cries of pain/pleasure are worth the £7.99 alone! The biggest issue with them is that our whippet has taken a shine to them, but that’s not the fault of the manufacturer or product, that’s a whippet who thinks anything spherical is a toy! These are well made and effective, would definitely recommend. I’m not a professional, so may not be using them correctly, however they definitely help my muscles at the end of a busy day gardening.

Hard and well made
I’ve been using these for my feet and the quality is brilliant. They are really hard and I love the colour. They come with instructions which is a lovely touch. Great for pain relief and massage. Good value for the pair.

Massage balls
These are very firm massage balls. You get two in a pack. Great for rolling under the soles of your feet, or getting to your upper back, if you’re feeling more adventurous. You can also use them on other people, to save your hands from applying the pressure directly. Love the light blue colour.

Excellent for deep tissue massage
These are a brilliant size and nice and firm for a good massage in the deep tissue. They reach behind the shoulder blade really well, they are solid enough to lay on. Very please with the size, density and feel of these. A great addition for treating sore muscles.

Trigger point balls - a bit firm but still work for shoulder trigger points.
A lacrosse ball in a sock (so you don’t drop it) is a secret weapon against trap trigger points. You just roll it between yourself and the wall, keeping hold of the end of the sock. I usually always have one in my bag, but occasionally forget to take it to work. I got these two so that I can keep one at each of my clinic locations to show patients how to use them properly when I advise them to buy one. However, I’m not entirely sure these ARE lacrosse balls. They are much firmer than I’m used to, they have no give in them at all and seem more like hard plastic than rubber. For that reason I'm not as keen on them as my other balls. However, in a sock they do still work and get the job done. Despite spiky balls being advertised as most useful, I find smooth ones are far better at clearing trigger points. I’d prefer they were slightly softer, but they work and at the current price of £7.99 for two, it’s not a bad deal, - any trigger point work and your shoulders will thank you.
