Must use bra along with this for better support. The shaping effect is good on the torso and tummy, it doesn't make you feel uneasy or breathless and the slip on hook attached at the bottom is comfortable (may chafe if your panty doesn't cover properly). Make sure you order the same size as your clothing sizes. Decent pricing. Giving it 4 stars only because I am not sure of it's longevity.
