It's Just - Ultrafine Caster (Baking) Sugar, 2.5lbs

We used to call this Superfine Sugar. It dissolves easy. I use for sweetening ice tea. I bake shortbread each Christmas. This is a must have in my pantry.

This is a repeat buy for me, and it will continue to be. I have a home baking business, and this sugar worked beautifully in my vanilla cupcakes. I used it with both the all-in-one method and the creaming method, and it performed well both ways. The grain size is nice and fine, and it melted into the batter easily, which helped give a smooth, consistent result. It also tasted great and was well worth the price. Great quality sugar for baking, especially if you want something finer than regular granulated sugar. I’m very happy with it.

Use this sugar for any deserts that need beating or whipping. It made a difference.

I live alone and have the occasional cocktail. Simple syrup goes bad before I can use it all. I heard of using this instead and it is perfect. I put a tablespoon of this in a drink (which a little less than an ounce of syrup, but we all need to have less sugar!). It mixes quickly and thoroughly in seconds...and yum!

This is a good regular sugar, it is ground finer than my usual sugar, but seems to work just the same. It is not organic, so it doesn't have the same depth of flavor you would get with that type of sugar, but it has a good taste, with a pleasant sweet after taste. I like that it is just sugar and nothing else. It is a pretty big bag too so you get a decent amount and I like that the bag if resealable.

Good for special desserts where you want a smooth result.
