1. when you switch it on, it never switches off and there is no timer, it means whatever i want to do, i have to watch a clock. for some reason i was sure that when you choose what to cook it just does the program, but there is no way anything to choose, there are just a pictures and time of how long it has to be cooked.2. there are pictures on a grill itself, which tells you what meat on what heat for how long you need to cook, but you can't understand is it the time from the moment you switch grill on, or from the moment you put products on, how to know when to put products on?3. when you switch grill on and choose temperature (1 to 5) led switches on, after a while led switches off - is it when the product has to be put on? or is it when grill switches off? for the first time i thought it's like a timer, but after I overcooked meat for couple of times, it proved my theory wrong.4. there is no where for fat to run. on the edge there is a gap where fat has to run (it doesn't really run properly) but i had to find a small dish which will fit under the grill and would be heat resistant, as it's not provided (i was very surprised).5. i love the fact that this grill is powerful hence you can cook anything on it.6. for some reason i expected to have a flat fry plate, its in every grill i've seen, but not here, here is only grill and waffle on reverse side.7. waffle plate isn't deep enough, so the mass when you close runs over the edges, if you put less mass, waffles are super thin. when waffle mass runs over the edges, it becomes extremely difficult to clean as handle has some unreachable gaps which maybe shouldn't be there? I had to disassemble grill's handle into small peaces, just to be able to clean it and still it wasn't fully cleaned.8. i bought it for grill and waffles, but all i do know just grill, as waffles simply don't work (you don't wanna have paper thin waffles).9. built quality is really good so i'm happy about it, size is great too, you can fit 3 steaks at a time.10. sum up - grill's built quality is great - german quality, but i feel how this thing was underdeveloped, there are so many gaps to improve, what it makes just an ok grill and i think overpriced. it should really cost like half of it.
