Convenience in a Single Capsule (or two)
I’ve taken plenty of vitamins and supplements over the years, Blueprint’s Essential Capsules reallystand out. They don’t feel like just another multivitamin — they’re clearly built with a focus on longevity. What I’ve noticed is how much ground they cover in just two capsules a day: support for energy, metabolism, immune resilience, brain health, even protection at the cellular level. Instead of sorting through a handful of different pills, I now get all of that in one simple step. It’s not about a quick fix but about giving my body what it needs to age better — to recover, to slow the wear and tear, and to keep my daily health on track. It’s become an easy part of my routine, and one I actually look forward to.

The real deal!!
Two days in and I was already feeling the consistent energy throughout the day. Even when I’m not getting the sleep I should be. Went through the first bottle and I’ll be daily driving Blueprint Essentials as my main with thier Protein Powder as well.

Not a very complete nutrient supplement that I was expecting at this price point.
Was quite costly for the bottle having only a 30 day supply. I did not feel that the formula had many key nutrients in it to make it a complete one and done supplement.

Trust the Blueprint (Even If I’m Not Tracking Everything)
I’ve been using the Bryan Johnson Essential Capsules for a little while now, and they may be working — I feel good, at least. Hard to measure the exact impact, but I’ll admit I’m not exactly logging my nighttime erections like Bryan does in his Blueprint reports. For me, it’s more about feeling steady, healthy, and like I’m covering my bases with the basics.

Best anti-aging supplement out there
Blueprint did the most obvious thing anyone could in health: identify the best anti-aging ingredients from the scientific evidence and put it into a simple to consume protocol. I take these Essentials with the rest of the Blueprint family of products. I know what I'm getting and I trust them because they publish their independent third party testing (CoAs). It's the most comprehensive product out there and it's lower cost than buying everything individually. Saves me so much time and hassle trying to put this together myself.

Beneficial, quantity of each ingredient listed
I already take some of the supplements listed in other Blueprint products, I only already took rhodiola rosea from the bottom half of ingredients on this one. Found someone reviewing his supplements & they said the others were about break even if they bought all the supplements alone, but this one would have costed them more if they tried to take these on their own. With that, I looked up some of the ingredients & after doing so decided to give it a try. I’m feeling pretty good about this one as an addition in my supplement regimen. I think it’s always good to look into things yourself rather than just taking people’s word for it. $60/month is a decent amount to spend on a supplement so I’d suggest researching it yourself, then see if it’s something you’d want to do/can afford. I like that it has the quantity of each ingredient listed.
