I have had these for about four to five years, using them with two different medium-sized pitbulls. They work great and have not fallen apart, even after my current dog chewed on them. Although I lost the file, my first dog did not like the feel, so I wasn’t going to use it with my current dog anyway. They are easy to use, and the guard provides stability while cutting. These dog nail clippers are lightweight but made of durable material, and the stainless steel helps them stay clean. They have neither melted nor have the handles become sticky, even when accidentally stored in my car during the summer.

These work super well and the light makes it so much easier to cut to the right length...even with black nails that the light doesn't help see where the quick is. Still helps not cut too much off at once. Super sharp too and cuts right through thick & hard dog nails.

i got these as i kept getting hurt with the 'cat claw cutters' that we had. this works great, the spring action is easy on my hands and it's nice and sharp, we currently have 4 cats, three of them have very large paws and thick nails. this cuts them with ease. if you have hand problems, try this cutter, it works well for me and could work well for you

I don't foresee this lasting long term. I feel it would be better for a small to midsize dog. It cut o k but the way it closes doesn't seem to be very long term efficient. And you might as well, not even include the file cuz it's junk.

Buena calidad de fabricación. Produce con facilidad un corte limpio e indoloro. Lo mejor es que tiene una pestaña móvil que sirve de tope para no cortar más uña de la cuenta, de manera que no se corte zona donde haya nervio y le produzca daño al animal. Trae además una pequeña lima de uñas muy útil que en realidad estoy utilizando para mí. Todo ello en una pequeña caja donde el cortauñas queda guardado hasta el siguiente uso.
