quality is very nice. Fits a large 6 ft 2 man very well and feels sturdy under the weight. It came in 3 boxes so it was manageable to get into the house and assemble. We are older, with injuries, so it took both of us to carry in the seat! LOL The chair was easy to assemble. Back support is very comfortable. The electric recline works very smooth - it does have a whine as it is reclining. The price of the chair is fair for this quality of chair. I would recommend this chair to others. The headrest also adjusts which is very convenient and allows additional adjustment for comfort. It is a very nice looking chair. We really did not want an electric recliner but have actually found this to be a very nice feature and it works where it is located in the living room so no one has to step over the cord. The USB charger on the chair is very handy. Never really had a desire for this on a chair but actually very pleased with this feature

These genuine leather recliner chairs are just beautiful. Purchased two in saddle color. I will take you through my true opinion. First received them 4 days prior to the scheduled date, such a pleasant surprise. The boxes are large and heavy, decided to open up in the garage and carry each piece in. At first glance my husband and I we so happy with the feel and the product frame, seemed expensive and sturdy. Putting it together was a breeze, literally 7 minutes. People stated it was difficult to put together or awkward zipper, NOT!!! Put the base down right side up, place the back of the chair facing down on the seat. The chair base and back zipper should be aligned together now, zip it up together. Then lift the back and slip into posts. Once seated in place push out the prongs on both side to completely lock in place. Two people make this process easier - one manipulating the prongs the other pushing down on the back to get into place. Plug in the pieces, Velcro the side flaps in place, and slip in the back side panels in place. Seal the Velcro flap to the bottom. Plug in DONE! The motor is quiet and smooth. Easy buttons for both lift,, decline and head adjustments. Like the one button retract option too. The leather is soft and very luxurious. The head, back and arms are soft and comfy - not stiff at all. The seat is Simi firm, but comfy. Not hard at all, very comfortable. The leg lift is padded nicely as well. The zero wall clearance is about 3 inches to completely extend properly. The extends to a satisfying laid out position. The only fault we could find with the chair really is the length, my husband is only 5”11 and his foot hangs off the edge of the foot rest. So if your tall, the chair might not be the best choice. I’m 5’4 and it’s perfect for me. Love love love these chairs. Beautiful color, rich and expensive looking. Completed with our purchase.

1st time buying furniture online. Great value. One person can put it together in 20ish minutes but 2 people would make it easier. Read reviews of the zipper being hard to connect but that wasn't my experience no harder than a jacket zipper. Super firm but hopefully it will break in just fine. Materials aren't high end but 800.00 doesn't buy premium but it is nice and appears durable. Adjustable headrest is perfect and the 1 button that returns the chair back right without hitting the headrest and recliner buttons is a great feature. Smooth and quiet operation hopefully the motor last as long as the materials.If you are 5'10" plus get this "oversized" chair under 5'9" a regular would be fine. It was hard parting with my old chair so hopefully this will be my new old chair.

First, I love this chair. For me, it's extremely comfortable because of the firmness of the cushion. I have a bad back and the firmness is good for me. I understand that it could be too firm for some people. The chair was very easy to assemble. We thought the instructions were not included so we put it together without the instructions which we found after we finished. The fact that we can have the chair so close to the wall is very convenient. The leather, whether real or not, is still very comfortable and soft. I would give it 5 star except for a couple of things. First, my wife and I are 67 and carrying the base upstairs was a challenge. Should have called our son-in-law. Secondly, the arm rests don't seem to be as stable as I would have hoped. I would have thought they would have been attached to something solid.

Purchased this chair when my other "CONTROL MODULE" began to show wear and started to lean a bit! This chair assembled quickly and is of very good quality! Love the color and the leather appears to be top-notch! The controls work easily and adjust nine ways to Sunday! Very comfortable chair (I'm 6' and a bit over 250 lbs) and it accommodates me with ease! Only time will tell if it holds its own as my new command center! LOL!

Comfortable and sturdy. With a special $50 coupon from Amazon, it was affordable for my budget. I ordered the navy color. It's more of a blue-gray, which I like. I'm 5'5" tall, and the medium fits me well. There is some overhang on the foot rest, but I had that with my old recliner. I like the power headrest, as I have chronic neck pain. I chose not to buy a rocker recliner this time, and I'm glad I didn't. This model is sturdy and easy to get up from. One last thing. I believe it was supposed to arrive in two boxes. Instead, it came in one. The delivery company just dropped it in my driveway. Once inside, it was almost too big to wrestle through my doorways into the living room. Overall, I'd recommend this product for its style, color, medium size, comfort, and wall hugging features.

Excellent sitting chair and very comfortable for anything else you do when sitting and relaxing. First off the creamy white color is beautiful, this is not some slick, shiny, or stiff material like you'd see at your dentist's office. The material is supple gives easy to the hand, legs and seat, everything that contacts it. Now we love it so much we decided to keep this recliner, even after we realized in our fury of examining all of the pluses and minuses of several model's of recliners, this is not a power forward lift chair. it is simply a recliner that is easy to operate, takes up a minimal footprint of floor space and most of all looks and feels good to sit in. The construction is top of the marquis, from the metal framing and sturdy steel brackets which supports and holds the chair, the stitching is tight, no loose strings, inner padding luxurious when you put your sore, stiff body down to relax and catch a nap. We dealt with there customer service people about other issues and they are polite, professional and knowledgeable about their products. Some faux leathers squeak and groan until they get broke in. No need here, the quality of materials is, this chair, and at a very good price, given the economic uncertainty worldwide right now. Again this is not a power lift assist chair, it is a power recliner, both the back of the chair and leg rest are motor controlled with convenient rocker switches off to the side on the right arm of the chair. This chair was not what we realized when we unboxed it, but it sold itself, quietly as we both tried it out. Last, I'm the guy who is always critical of a negative service experience or product, I don't write glowing reviews very often, but this chair deserves the accolades I have given it. Buy it! It is a keeper!

I purchased the large chair and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this chair. It was packaged to well and extremely easy to assemble. It’s high premium material and very comfortable.

I purchased the dark brown. It looks very rich. it is very comfortable and roomy to sit in. I am only 160lbs 5'8" but would definitely fit larger person as the seat width is more than adequate for even a wide person. The foot rest extends straight out before the back begins to recline which is great if you just want to raise legs. My feet hang over the end when fully extended which is not an issue with me. The leather is soft and supple and seems to be quality leather and stitching. The head rest moves independently which is very versatile when adjusting for comfort or viewing TV. The motor movement is almost inaudible. This recliner is definitely a bang for the buck and a great addition the small room I have as it requires only 3" clearance from the wall to fully reline. I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for quality and comfort at an affordable price. Shipping was prompt and box was in perfect condition when arrived.
