I have bought expensive cookware before (well known named brands) & they did not met my expectations. This one so far have. They are non-stick like they said & I like the handle because it doesn't taper down moving closer to the pan. I have small hands & tapered handles like turn sideways on me. They do this especially if the pans have a bit of weight to them like these do.
