Had my suspicions regarding the effectiveness when i bought it, but after installation, i can say it does work surprisingly well. A simple tip for anyone installing this, make the pyramids face the noise, so if you don't want sound from your room to go outside, put the panel on the inside face of your door, and a pro tip for people installing this on doors; Make sure the foam firmly touches the ground while installing it on the door. It will slow down your door's movement but the sound proofing is worth it, and make sure to minimise all gaps, any gaps that allow air to go through will allow sound to go through.
