Amazing!!!!! But make sure you charge it before use. Think about when you want to use it. Last thing you want is for it to go dead in the middle of a mission. Lol

I got this as a gift for my mom. She loves this and says it's great to release her stress. I can barely hear it running from my room. Her last one was the plug in kind. That thing sounded like a jackhammer every night.

The item was completely dead right out of the box. I charged it, but it would never turn on. Unfortunately, the seller stated there were no returns, which made the process extremely frustrating. I had to go through several different screens and steps just to request a return. Thankfully, Amazon did step in and took care of the return, which I appreciate. That said, I’m very disappointed that Amazon no longer has an 800 number where you can speak with a real person or have a live conversation. I wanted to discuss ongoing delivery issues as well — my packages are repeatedly left out in the rain even though I have both a front and back covered porch. Between receiving a defective product and the difficulty getting support, this was not a good experience.

Wife loves this! Whether solo or with a partner this is sure to bring some extra excitement in! Make sure you buy two for a longer session!

As stated in other reviews the only neg is finding the buttons in the dark.
