I bought these chairs for my office. Posting the review after 6 months of use. Absolutely no problem with the wear and tier of the chairs. The chairs are very comfortable also.The only problem was the chairs comes with a plastic support for the base which never sticks to the base so finally i had to remove all the support

Not Recommended Due to Poor Service and Subpar Quality
I recently purchased an office visitor chair, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The customer service for installation support was abysmal. I reached out multiple times, but the responses were either delayed or unhelpful.Regarding product quality, the screw holes on the chair legs were misaligned, making the installation process frustrating and time-consuming, with the legs only installed on three screws. To make matters worse, the lugs were rusted in several places, indicating poor quality control and raising concerns about the chair's durability.Overall, this purchase has been a regrettable experience due to both poor customer service and subpar product quality.
