Best all around window AC unit
It's an LG as far as I am concerned it's the best window unit on the market also the Quites & easy to install. You just have to hope that intransit handling was proper not thrown or dropped.

Worst company ever! Demanded personal info on return or refund
AC STOPPED WORKING AFTER 3 months. LG has been a complete nightmare. I have a warranty on this. I’m told by LG that they will NOT service my ac with a one year warranty on any AC that is 8000 BTU or less. Mine is an 8000 BTU unit I was told going through the process with returning the item by an LG customer service representative that I needed to supply them with a family members, phone number or a friends phone number that if I did not, my item would not be returned or refunded. The entire process I’m still waiting on for them to approve my initial documents that I submitted days ago. I have not heard from anybody. I have not been able to speak to anybody. I will never ever purchase an LG item ever again. I was a fan to the end But never again absolutely worst company. I have come across oh and by the way they’re China based no longer in the US.

This window air conditioner is great for everyday use.
Easy to read instructions upon operation. Noise level is acceptable at the cooling use and fan use. The energy level mode is a bit distracting as the motor engages periodically rather than at a constant level.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Size and power it puts out. Air flow: Wonderful Durability: it has been in our window for 2 months and is so sturdy. Energy efficiency: This has kept me from having to use my central air and saved me money on my electric bill. Looks: It’s not an eyesore in my living room. Build quality: Well built for small spaces Ac performance: cools down my entire living room, dining room and kitchen with ease.
