This is worth every penny. I've spent a ridiculous amount of money trying to find a skin care routine for my son's acne. I read a lot of reviews, and I chose products based on those reviews. I can say woth certainty that the great reviews for this product are true. So much so, im here to write about it. It has cleared up my son's painful, red, acne scars in less than a week. Super pleased with this product.

A must have for anyone with rosacea. Also is niacinamide free which is hard to find with Azelaic acid. Absolutely love this. Did notice stinging, bit read this is normal with Azelaic acid. Was very short lived and didn’t seem to do anything negative to my skin. Has really helped with my rosacea on my cheeks!

I purchased this via amazon but they also have it at cvs, if you wanna use your discounts. I have seen a physical difference when including this product in my routine. I got this because I was starting adapalene and was advised to use this product for redness and irritation caused by purging. There was an overall cleaner complexion, brighter skin, etc. It is not greasy, and glides across face nicely. I have found that a little goes a long way. Today's date is 4/28/26 and I purchased this 12/27/25. I have a beard, so keep that in mind regarding longevity of product, and use it only in the morning. I haven't experienced drying or irritation. My skin is combo but more on the oily side. I am giving 5 stars for how long it has lasted me, the price point, and the results. A great intro into azelaic acid.

I have been using this for several weeks. I may have had a slight flare initially, but now my skin is significantly clearer. I will 100% purchases this again.

This product definitely works very well. I have tried a bunch of Azelaic Acid products and this one seems to have the best efficacy. However, I don’t like that if I use it with other products that take longer to dry or stay dewy(toner/moisturizer), it can start to feel like I put azelaic acid on wet skin. It definitely burns if you apply it over or under any other skin products which is hard because I like to use hydrating serum and toners while my skin is wet. I have to wait 30 mins to apply moisturizer on top. Much better consistency than TO Azelaic Acid Emulsion which pills but it does have its drawbacks.

This ingredient is ALL over social media. I tried a liquid serum that did nothing for the redness and post acne red spots. I tried the WAY over-hyped Anua one that did nothing but wreck my skin barrier. I saw a lot of people say this Peach Slices brand was the "only one that worked for them". First, it's a cream formula which I hate. I have oily skin. I don't want heavy products. Second, it doesn't do any better for the redness and irritates my skin just as much as the Anua one. The thing is, many people with redness issues also have sensitive skin. After trying a few products with azelaic acid, I have to say I don't agree that it's a product that will reduce redness if you're skin is sensitive. It will just make matters worse.

Very good product and I like the fact that it does not contain niacinamide like some of the other ones out there don’t be fooled. This is like a gel cream, not a liquid liquid serum. They can’t be strong so use it wisely very good would recommend.

I have sensitive skin and have been very impressed with this product. It's gentle, non-irritating, and I feel like it has really helped reduce both redness and acne. My skin feels calmer and healthier since I started using it. Highly recommend for anyone with sensitive or easily irritated skin.
