I am very use to using this product. Prefer large dulse more. You can use the flakes in chowder and other fish recipes. Try different ways to use these weeds of the sea. When I was younger we used to pick this off the rocks in New Brunswick, CANADA Dulse as they are called down home! Are very healthy for your body too.

Product arrived in a timely manner. I use it to supplement for minerals lacking in our food. It’s a great addition when I serve Asian cuisine or ‘healthy rice’ as a side.
