I liked the product above expectations. Not excessively salty (some saltiness has to be there, to preserve the product!) No nitrites apparently. A treat for people who prefer beef to the ubiquitous pork products. A nice protein snack. Not exactly Bresaola in the Italian / Uruguayan meaning (a bit of difference in texture, and a positive difference in the combination spices) but that's not necessarily bad. The taste is more like that of a cross between Bresaola and of a high quality beef salami, closer to Bresaola though. Nicely and safely packaged, cut in sensible portions, thin enough to be enjoyed properly, quickly shipped. I will order this again. A thumbs-up also for their beyond dedicated customer service. Truly good. This product will find its repeat customers easily, if promoted adequately. Now I will have to try their beef salami which I ordered at the same time.

I ordered this Bresaola, it was very very good, exactly like Italian Bresaola. I bought this again this week and waiting for receive. Thanks a lot!!

Bresaola arrived before given time window! It tastes very well but a little bit drier than I’m used to! It’s cured with celery juice/powder which “naturally” contain about 2.7% nitrate! Bresaola was shipped in insulated package by USPS to my hot mailbox !!!! I don’t like USPS POLICY of not deliver to the front door ! Anyway, I’ll buy it again in November /December ... And yes I recommend this Bresaola brand!

Tastes great -- excellent salami, and if you like 100% beef salami, you can stop right here because I have looked from east to west, and it is not for sale anywhere in small quantities. They sent me three packages and some bonus salami for free; that was earlier this week and it is all gone. I loved it, and am ordering more.

I am just not a fan.

I have tried two shippings and both come by regular mail, six and eleven days. The sliced were glued together and the rim brownish. And this was in the winter! The second issue is that this is not similar to the bresaola from Valtellina (where it is mostly made, a valley between Italy and Switzerland) which is simply air dried. This is also smoked and the taste is entirely different. It is similar to the meat of Chiavenna Valley which is also smoked.

Authentic Italian bresaola is so difficult to find, especially sliced. This sausage company produces a flavorful, freshly fragranced meat, sliced thin. I have bought several packages already, and will continue. It is delicious as part of a larger charcuterie presentation, slightly drizzled with light olive oil. Wonderful product.

Introduced to this cut through a highly recommended on-line, trusted source. Was not disappointed. Excellent cut, will not leave a greasy, fatty processed film in or around your mouth, its just the best flavor. Very healthy. Packaging done very well. Will be ordering again.
