THERMOS ICON SERIES, Stainless Steel Mug, Glacier, 16 oz

This mug is perfect. I use it every morning to keep coffee warmer longer. I've been waiting years for a product that does all 3 of these things: 1) Absolutely WILL NOT LEAK. Fill it with coffee & put it on it's side in a bag or briefcase. It won't spill a drop. 2) Keeps liquid hot (or cold) longer than most, & 3) it's THE most sanitary mug I've ever owned. This last thing is almost impossible to find; Most mugs have a slide mechanism to sip, which (pretty disgustingly) allows for build-up of crud in the tiny grooves. Can't wash that out. Gotta use a toothpick to scrape out the gunk. The other common problem is the rubber gasket which is normally glued to the mug. That retains odors & build-up. Now you have to soak, not wash. This design, however, means none of that: The bottom (the actual mug) is only metal (no gaskets). The top has pops out in 2 pieces, & the gasket pops off of one of those. So 3 parts for speedy, simple washing. I'm 67 & have zero issue with the weight. It def feels solid. The handle is nice. I use in the car all the time, though a version w/o the handle would mean no "negotiating" the handle with the cupholder. I can't recommend this highly enough.

Bought two of these, based on how pleased we are with other Thermos purchases. This kept my wife's tea exceptionally hot, even after 6-8 hours. Well made, nice colors, reasonable price, quick delivery. My only observation is that they tend to tip over if you put them on a shelf in your kitchen cabinet, so I just stored them upside down. They are NOT tippy when filled with your beverage. Recommended. Hope this helps!

Third set we have bought/received. Use them in van for travel. Absolutely the best we have ever had!! The coffee/tea stays piping hot for 8 hours+ after pre-heating the cups with boiling water. Easy to clean inside. The lids wear out so we replace the whole thing.

This is a great Mug. It keeps things hot for hours. Nice to have the handle - fits in the car's holders. Would buy again when I need another mug!

The thermos mug was great it does keep things hot or cold. The only thing I want was that the lid side back so you can put a straw down it and you can’t find a replacement for it

There are loads of insulated mugs out there. But this one fits in a car’s cup holder. And it keeps your beverage at its right temperature for hours. Bought several for gifts. And myself. All the colors are well done.

This THERMOS, ICON Series, Stainless Steel Mug, Granite, 16 oz, newer version is easy to clean and simple to twist the lock, sealing the contents in. It is dishwasher safe but I do put it on the top shelf to ensure that the outer material isn't warped. It has a nice long handle on the side and a soft, more stable base silicone bottom. I love this cup. My hot tea stays warmer for longer. I had the previous version of this cup that was difficult to clean; it had a top-sealing section that was composed of twist caps with silicone seals and an inner chamber, below the sealing tab. The silicone seals and the chamber became infiltrated with black mold and I wasn't able to remove the sealing tab to clean out the area with the spring. I unfortunately dropped it once on the base and it dented, making it unstable. I recommend this cup; it has all of the features that I need to keep my hot liquids, hot and my cold liquids, cold.

It does a fantastic job at keeping hot and cold temperatures where needed, but the handle became loose within a month or so of using. I’m a bit disappointed because there doesn’t seem to be a way to tighten it back

No leak, keeps my coffee warm. And I love the handle, perfect for my small hand. Not sure why the negative comments are here, as they are talking about different model of mugs. This one is a twist lock lid not the flip one. I have two different kinds of Thermos, none of them leak. I bought this one for my wheelchair cup holder, it is a little tight fit but works. Overall Thermos stands its name. Great product and not overpriced.

Wow do these keep your coffee hot a long time. We take two sets on a long road trip. Drink the first set when we leave and hours later start on the next set still hot. The cool color helps too.

Great cup but bad shipping, arrived in a bag and was dented from below which made the bottom rubber a bit loose.
