Nothing wrong with the head protector....well made and comfy. Special needs Grandaughter hates things on her head, so would not keep it on, a shame because it would be a great help for her occasional drops...

This helmet works to prevent minor head injuries however the traps slip undone and so I found it can only be worn with ear defenders. It is also way to small despite ordering a size up! I am currently trying to wear it in like new shoes to see if that will help.

Whilst we are happy with the Soft Shell Helmet we would comment that it is a little on the small size despite providing measurements. It would appear to be more suitable for a child rather than an adult.

This is the second one I’ve had, the only advice I can give is whatever the measurement is go up a size as they are on the small size apart from that it’s a fabulous product, it keeps my grandsons head safe

Taking off this hemlet is so easy for kids .Just pull the stap and it is out. Now i prefer helmet more like one that is used to two -wheeler.

Used for a strong adult with autism, liable to head-banging during meltdowns. The helmet is comfortable, light and airy enough, and looks good! It is more subtle than some other designs. We used the black helmet, in 'large' size.The strap needs to stay at a firm tightness during a rigorous meltdown, for our use, so we wrapped a subtle black elastic band (a hair band) around the helmet's strap so that, while headbanging, the strap cannot pull through its plastic adjuster and get 'too big' and too lose, mid-meltdown. This hugely improved the protective function for us.The helmet's quality is great. We bought a second one, to allow for washing. The helmets were hand-washed and drip dried, without a problem. The helmets are good-as-new having been used several hours/week for three years or so.The helmet reduced the impact such that, a strong adult headbanging on a hard surface, had minor external evidence of having head-banged at all - a mild abrasion against the fabric - hardly worth mentioning, in comparison to previous severe bruising, head wounds and risk of concussion, without a helmet. The internal surface of the helmet, against the skin, is soft and gentle, breathable to keep cool and minimises sweat.The size was ideal - used for an average sized woman - and covers the forehead well, down almost to the eyebrows, which is important for our use, where it's the front of the head at risk of impact. It is hard to say whether the helmet would be a good fit to a larger-headed person! Best measure head circumference before you choose.

Hi, I was issued one of these helmets for my daughter from my local hospital and she loves it so much that I've got her another one in pink. Despite the other review, it is not easily pulled off and colour makes it more fashionable than other alternative seizure helmets. Great product
