The bag arrived late and is faulty. The quality reflects the price, if not worse. When it arrived the sip on the front pocket is broken, it will not stay closed. The shoulder straps should extend, as do all straps on a rucksack like this, however, the clip is so poor that there is no grip so they do not stay in place. I have requested a return for this item.
