Hello, This is the standard SXC which is designated for naturally aspirated motors. The BSXC is designated for factory supercharged or turbo engines. The thread dimensions and heat range are correct for a factory Mach 1 4 valve motor.

Q: Would these work with an aftermarket msd ignition box?

these plugsare the best you can get ,depends on the car you are going to put them in. make of car , model ,year. etc. msd . as nothing to do ,but supply volt to the plugs.
