One month in and we love it so far. The first unit had a pump issue, but the customer service was very responsive and we were able to replace it quickly and easily. The water tastes great. The instant hot water makes it so convenient. We're a family of three and we change the tank once a day on average which could be better with a bigger tank but still okay considering all other conveniences. There are many different countertop RO systems, but we chose Waterdrop as we believed the company would last longer than others.

The media could not be loaded. 5/1/2025 update:After contacting Waterdrop customer service, they offered me a brand new water dispenser at a discounted price and even included a free filter. The whole process was smooth and their service was excellent — it really gave me more confidence in the brand. I received the new unit within a week. Hopefully, this one works without any issues!----My Waterdrop product K19-H, purchased on January 5th from Amazon, is experiencing display panel issues. We’ve already tried all the suggested steps provided by Waterdrop Customer Service, but unfortunately, the screen continues to work inconsistently. After I gave them my order details, they said "your order shows that the selling merchant is Amazon.Com.Sevices.Inc. Please contact them directly first to help you solve the problem you're facing." I thought that if the product is still under warranty, the manufacturer should be responsible for any issues. So I don't quite understand why I was directed to contact Amazon customer service instead. Fortunately, Amazon agreed to accept the return, really appreciated the help from Amazon.

Works great

I live in a city and the water often tastes and smells like chlorine. This filter works great to remove the chemicals added to the water that I don't want to drink. I do have to fill the reservoir daily (after dumping the waste water), but it's worth having safe, clean drinking water. I'm almost 3 months in and the water is still great. I use it for drinking and cooking.

This is a great buy for 2024. Super convenient and environmentally friendly. I no long need to purchase bottled water! The tank volume is perfect for a 3-people family, and I love the fact that hot water comes out in 0 waiting time for coffee and tea. Love it!

The media could not be loaded. Leakage happens 1 week after install, and no hot water coming out few days later. They send me a new one but it stops running hot water from the 2nd day. I think most of their products from Amazon and manufacturer are returned products. Most of them are defective products.

I’ve used this machine for 3 days. So far the experience is favorable. Here are some impressions: if you follow the instructions to flush before use and let go about 8 oz of water for each temperature, it will taste good. I can feel the after taste of the tea brewed by 203F. Secondly, the 3 liter tank is huge and if your daily hydration is 100% from the machine, it can fulfill one person’s daily needs, which is about 2 liter of water, with the other 1 liter waste water. Lastly, it looks pretty in person with all the parts we’ll-made.
