This was my first time using a device like this. Previously I used the small razor sticks. It definitely works well and seems to be high quality. It did stop a few times when it accidentally caught a bit of my hair on my head. I think it jammed it up. I found the next day that my face was a little itchy and uncomfortable. But I’ve only used it once. I do wonder how well it willHold up since the motor stopped immediately after catching just one piece of hair.

I like this gadget! Easy to use, perfect for travel, removes hair quickly. Because it’s not pulling the hair out, the hair grows back quickly. Still it does a nice job. I recommend it and the price is right.

I read all the instructions, but nothing was noted about the cellophane covering on the battery. DEFINITELY NEED TO REMOVE the cellophane!!!! Have used it a few times. Works best if used every day for me.
