Very reasonably ingested "tip of your pinky" tiny tablet dosage. The size helps make ingesting the "earthy" flavor of this shilajit reasonable for most anyone.Have used it for several weeks now and there have been no noticeable adverse effects. The quality seems to be there with 3rd party lab certification and quality packaging.I've noticed a positive effect on my energy level and would use this again.

These shilajit tablets are small and easy to take. They each contain 200mg of shilajit wih 40+% fulvic acid. I simply swallow them whole instead of biting into them since they do have the earthly flavor. Note that this shilajit is harvested from the Altai Mountains in Siberia. Third-party lab tested to be free from heavy metals. It is too early to tell how good it is, especially comparing to the shiajit from Himalayan mountains.These come packaged in blister packs. There are 30 tablets to a pack and 3 packs in the retail box. Mine has a best before date of 09/2026. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with these. They are easy to swallow and seem to have many health benefits. Decently priced. Good so far.
