Bought as a gift for girlfriend. She loves it. EZ and convenient USB C charging !

The whistle is quit probably useless. The over all battery life seems ok for what it is however I can tell by it's built I wouldn't trust it to last more than few years. The camo is nice look and the short cord for recharging is nice to get fast recharge. The lighters with 2 arcs aka 4 prongs work better for lighting than this one with only 1 arch aka 2 prong but the 4 prong ones do not have neck extension so if your looking to light cigs get this lighter which has 4 prongs. The flash light is a nice addition which was lacking in their older models now added makes a good feature to as often I use that small light to find things or comb around ice fishing since I need a lighter for gas I get the extension neck one for that but nice to have a flash light.

The media could not be loaded. I use it mainly to light a candle and to start my Kamado Joe grill (using starter wood stick is now so easy!). The lighter head hose is extendable so it is easy to use similar to common butane lighters. I have used it for a few days after a full charge and the battery is still good. Not sure how long it will last though. They include a usb-c charging cable, but not a usb adapter. I especially like the black plastic case that has rubber feel. It does not have a seal around the cap so not sure how waterproof it is. The clip on the cap lock should help tighten the lid so it should be fine in damp condition. I don't think anyone should submerge this electronics device in water anyway.

My Bistfy Electric Lighter is more than I expected. The packaging, although thrown away, showed they care about the presentation and the level of thoughtfulness put into their products.I didn't at first think that the charge port needed to be next to the electrical anodes but after examination, they clearly needed to be under the cap to keep out moisture. The charge cord is the newer samsung style USB-C, which is very convenient. The charge cable provided snaps into place and holds securely and does not come out, even under its own weight.The cap is kept closed by a latch that goes around the button to open button both keeping it closed and guarding against accidental pressing.The flashlight is strong and an added bonus while the anodes produce plenty of power to light simple fuel ablaze. Will be buying more next Christmas as stocking stuffers for the boys.

This excellent source of ignition for candles, tinder. We even use it to melt threads on clothing to prevent fraying. Charge lasts a very long time. The little plasma arc is a conversion starter 😂. Highly recommended.

The lighter works very well compared to my other electric lighter. I like the size, which is similar to a Zippo size, but slightly taller. There are 4 small electrodes, compared to my other lighter only having 2. The electrodes are shorter, so you have to get closer to what you want to burn, but they work very well. Would be good for cigarettes, etc, but may be hard to reach inside to light a campfire.USB c port is kept safe inside the lighter lid. Charging does not work with high-powered cellphone chargers, but works great from my laptop dock. This is typical with all my portable electronics, lanterns, etc.The lid has a pivoting lock bar so the lid won't open in your pocket or backpack. Comes with a nice, thin Paracord lanyard, with a quick disconnect feature. As well as an emergency whistle.Overall I am very happy with the purchase. Hope it lasts a long time.
