Utility & Experience: 4/5 The cushion is very comfortable and versatile for sitting up in bed, reading, or relaxing. The extra neck pillow makes a huge difference for targeted back and neck support. Packaging: 3/5 The product arrived promptly and was safely packed. However, upon opening, I noticed a slight stain mark on the white cover. Thankfully, the cover is easily removable and washable, so it wasn't a dealbreaker, but quality checks prior to dispatch could be slightly better.
