These are very common probiotic strains but you are getting a tremendous amount of them which makes this supplement extremely effective. I was very regular taking these and I was quite happy about it. The health benefits of regularity cannot be understated. It really relieves some discomfort.They don't smell or stink like some other stuff. They are easily swallowed with water and aren't large at all. I'd call them average size pills which is amazing for how much they contain. There isn't a taste, after taste or smell of any sort.I'd say it's a good value for the money given it's effectiveness, large amount of ingredients and the price for how many pills you receive. It's a good bargain all things considered.

I have had a pretty much unbroken regimen of taking fiber and probiotics to stay on the good side of my digestive health for several years. I am reluctant to make specific health recommendations regarding health products, since I am not a health professional and I know results can vary a lot from person to person. What I do know is that if I do not pay attention to my digestive health, I soon notice adverse outcomes due to the neglect.I have been using these for over a week now since I ran out of my last bunch of probiotics. All seems to be going well with my digestion now, so these seem to work at least as well as the previous product I was using. The box they packaged in was sort of flimsy and mangled when the product arrived, but they were in a sturdy, securely sealed bottle that protected them well and the product was in good condition. A large amount of cotton was in the bottle to protect the capsules, which is a layer of protection that you rarely see these days.The dose is a single capsule a day which is pretty easy for anyone to accomplish without much effort. The price is competitive with similar products on the market. As you can see from the picture of the ingredients, there is a great number and variety beneficial bacterial strains in this product.

It only recently came to my attention probiotic formulations can widely vary and it might be necessary to try different concentrations to reach optimal beneficial results. Unfortunately, after taking these reasonably easy to swallow capsules for a couple of weeks I didn't experience any significant improvements in digestive health so I will have to look for alternative products with different blend of cultures.

I recently started taking a daily medication that causes some gastric distress, and I was hoping a probiotic would help. After only two weeks of use, I can tell things are defnitely moving in the right direction. I was looking for some the specific strains that are included in this priobiotic, as lactobacillus supports both digestive health and the feminine microbiome. I'm surprised at how quickly this product began to help my digestion (and my lady parts). It's much more effective than one of the popular drug store brands that I tried, and (at the time of my order) costs 30% - 40% less than one of the higher-end brands that I did find to be effective. The capsule is odorless and tasteless. I plan to continue taking it - it's a super-easy way to support both my gut and my feminine microbiome.

Update:I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to post this because of there could be an ingredient that causes discoloration, but - just like it says in the original review - I tested making this into a yogurt and what you see in the photos is what I got.I’ve made L. Reuteri, Gasseri, used Mary Ruth’s Women’s Probiotic with ~15 different probiotics, and more, into coconut yogurts and never had a result like this. And the yogurt in these photos look better than the yogurts that inspired the original review. The conclusion that myself, and Reddit, came to is that the pink stuff must be Kahm yeast. Which is suppose to be harmless. But I did not, do not, and will not take the chance to find out. I ended up throwing the whole bottle of probiotics away, and I’d advise you do the same if you aren’t willing to spend the money to test this product before taking it.Original:So my way of testing whether a probiotic product is safe or not is by using it to make a probiotic yogurt. I'll add it to coconut cream and a few other ingredients, mix together, and let it ferment in an instant pot.For the first time ever, I ended up with a mason jar filled with liquid, cream, and a layer of pink, thick, wavy-textured slop. It almost looked like it was added to the top. It smelled normal, but - needless to say - I threw it out. Everything was sterilized and checked before adding. At the end of the day, I'm not sure if what I made was normal or an ER trip waiting to happen. But I'll try again soon and update this if I get a different result.At the moment, I'm not sure if this can be recommended or if its even safe.

I got the 30 count, 1 pack. This probiotic blend has all the common probiotic species, but there aren't any details about the particular strains in their proprietary blend. The recommendation is one or two per day, but I'll finish this bottle too fast at that rate. (The capsules are small, most of the bottle is empty air). I usually only take probiotics when I'm eating foods that I know will cause me trouble or after eating a big meal.I ordered on August 1, 2025. The manufacturing date for my bottle is November 2024 and expiration is November 2027. Since there's only 30 capsules, I should finish this long before the expiration.I don't have equipment to confirm the species, strains or the CFU ratings. However, since this is a GMP certified facility, I would assume it's probably good enough and will have what's listed.
