Dandelion seems to be an overall immune-boosting plant. I have both roasted (but leaf) d-tea and this raw root product (raw...root... likely best form, mho) I put a teabag in my morning coffee when 'it's buggy out there' - grandson feverish, dirty air, too much company and sugar treats. I am a senior and seldom sick, despite not being a health guru by any measure! There may be a little 'green' flavor to my black coffee, but not enough to bother me, and the teabags are above standard in design and flow-ability. I like this product.
