I've been really impressed with this heated eye mask! It's soft, comfortable, and provides the perfect amount of soothing warmth for tired, dry eyes. I have severe dry eye and I bought this as therapy. It was fine the first month. When you charged it, you'd probably get maybe 4-15 minute uses out of it. It's only been 4 months and I'm down to basically using it twice 2-15 minute sessions and the battery dies. It's very annoying that it doesn't last longer than that. In a busy day who's thinking on plugging in their eye mask after every use, especially when I'm using it at night in bed to find out that it won't warm up and that the batteries already dead after I had just charged it the night before. I would recommend not buying this mask. Sadly. I do like the feel of the mask and the comfortability of the mask But having to charge it after every use is ridiculous. They need to find a way to improve their battery life. I would not recommend buying this product unless you don't mind charging your product every 15 minutes after you use it. I would like to update this review and say that the company did reach out to me and they did say that they believed their product that was sent to me. Originally was a defective product and even though it was after the 90 days they did within 2 or 3 days. Send me a new product that seems to be working fine. The product is very comfortable on your face and it warms to a nice temperature

I bought this because I was dealing with extremely dry eyes caused by the oil in my eyelids hardening up. The heat definitely helped loosen things up, and the massage feature was actually pretty relaxing afterward. The mask itself is comfortable and works well overall. My biggest complaint is the battery life — it just doesn’t last long enough, especially if you want to use it regularly without constantly charging it. Other than that, it’s worked great for what I needed it for.

I love the convenience of the mask being rechargeable, so there is no cord connecting it to an outlet while in use. It is so much better than the mask I had that had to be heated in a microwave! It provides even heat at the setting i choose. It is very relaxing.

I loved this mask. Being wireless, it's super practical because you have no wires getting in the way while trying to relax. The heat is very pleasant and constant, ideal for relieving eyesight after a long day in front of the computer. The fabric is soft and does not push too hard.

Well, after 14 months, without warning, it caught on fire and burned my left temple where the off/on button is located. I really liked the convenience of this eye mask. Didn’t like that it was not a tight fit and never rested on my eye lids. Just hovered above. So, not a well fitting eye mask meant to relieve dry eyes. I kept it because I was going on a trip and really needed something that was rechargeable. Even after realizing it was not fitting well, I had used it and not being a fan of returning used items, kept the eye mask. It also had two hard square items inside the mask on both sides of the temple and if you fell asleep and turned on either side of your head, it was uncomfortable. I assumed those were for the rechargeable batteries. I feel that this eye mask should be better designed, more useful, and not a fire hazard.

Good quality. I got this one for my husband and he uses it almost everyday. You can use it at least 5 times without recharging. The heat will last about 15 min each use. He likes the hotter setting but nice to have a choice. Very relaxing and helpful for dry eyes. The head strap is adjustable and comfortable. Easy fast recharge.

This eye mask is very convenient and easy to use for my dry eyes. USB charge no cords to worry about and comfortable and sturdy on the eyes. I have washed the outer cover with warm soapy water and everything fitted back together very nicely. I use it on the highest setting and I get about 5 uses before next charge. I can highly recommend this eye mask.

I use the heated Eye Mask to relax my tired eyes. It's comfortable to use.
