I love wearing this massage mat after a long day with back or leg pain. It is large (it reaches from the upper back to the legs), so you just lie down or sit on top and cover the whole area that hurts the most. Massage is vibration, not strong pressure, but it helps to relax the muscles and lower tension. The heat is mild and comfortable, not too strong, but enough to feel relief. The controls are simple, you can change the intensity without getting confused. For me, it works best when I am stiff or in moderate pain - it makes me feel looser and less tense.

I bought this massage mat mainly for my lower back pain, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. I JUST GOT HERE, maybe a half hour ago. It was super easy to unpack, as there was no tape whatsoever on the box. It just pretty much came apart in my hands. When Amazon warns you it ships in the mfgr's packaging and gives you the option to ask for AMZ packaging, you might want to consider that. BUT it's here - no problem. So, as I said, it unpacks in a jiffy, and plugging ut in and and the controls for it are very intuitive - easy to figure out. Mine came preset on mode two, intensity two, which is a little jarring all of a sudden. I quickly cycled through all four modes and dropped the intensity from two down to one, and have pretty much settled on Mode to for my favorite. BUT. IT IS NOISY, and the closer the vibration is to your head, of course, the noisier it is. The lumbar and leg regions feel great, and the sound from there is not disturbing, but the motor sounds from the neck and back areas are very intrusive. I am not going to quibble on the noise issue. I need the massage on a regular basis, so I will keep this thing. But, rest assured, there is not much possibility of mt falling asleep on it. Nevertheless, I am happy that it does cut off on its own after a while. It does not say anywhere how long it runs before shutting off - I did not time it, but it might be a half hour, but it seems longer, possibly forty-five minutes. Maybe I was just anxious for the noise to be over.

Quality is good. Vibration relaxes the back, heat as well. However the size doesn't match with the remote, looks it matches a child body not an adult body. But overall is nice.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is earned. I purchased this massage mat — not once, but twice — thinking the first failure was just bad luck. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Both units worked for a few days and then developed the exact same issue: they locked into a single mode and became completely unresponsive. The only way to turn them off was to unplug them. No reset. No fix. Just dead functionality. For a product at this price point, lasting less than 15 days is unacceptable. Once could be a fluke. Twice is a pattern. What’s most disappointing is the apparent lack of durability and quality control. Consumers shouldn’t have to gamble on whether a product will function beyond two weeks. Returning one defective item is annoying. Returning two is a waste of time. If you enjoy packaging returns and waiting on replacements, this might be your product. If you expect something reliable for the money, look elsewhere. There are better options out there. Save yourself the frustration.
