I used this to replace a bridge I could not intonate this solved the problem. It is not fancy but it works very well!

Poor metal quality
Well, the saddles were all backwards. I had to take them apart to turn them around to align with the string holes. the screws that hold the saddles to the bridge stripped very easily when adjusting the guitar's intonation. The height screw on the saddles are too tall. Trying to mute the strings when playing tend to scratch the palm of your hand since they stick up so high. And, I even adjust my strings for high action. I was able the adjust the intonation to where it should be after lowering the height of the saddles all the way down so the intonation screw could turn. This was a pain, especially when having to readjust the intonation when each string wasn't right. Might just clean up the original bridge plate to make things feel normal. Not sure if I'd ever buy "genuine" Fender parts again.UPDATE: Had to order new saddle screws that were the CORRECT height. Just another added expense.

Finally the intonation is correct!
Finally the intonation of my 1960s Esquire is correct. My original 3 saddle bridge just can't be adjusted properly. I'm not a musician, so I don't really have a discriminating ear. The intonation is definitely better, but I can't tell if I've lost any resonance or quality of sound... it sounds great to me. The height adjustment screws work fine, but the string length phillips screw heads strip easily (they're tight and the screw is hard to reach with an ordinary screw driver)

Best upgrade you can do to a tele
I bought a '69 thinline tele re-issue and could not keep the intonation set with the steel barrels that the bridge that came with it had, I play professionaly, and have to have a guitar that stays in tune and the intonation has to be spot on. This upgrade looks old stock, and keeps the "vintage" vibe while allowing you to set very precise intonation. One of the best upgrades out there!

So everything lines up as it should And it works fine the hight screws on the middle saddles are about twice as long as they need to be so I had to file them down. And I also would have been happier with it if it had a better finish on it but if that kinda thing don't bother you this would be a good choice

FENDER PRODUCTS WITH POOR QUALITY CONTROL
You already pay higher prices because of the name but when you order a part for a Fender guitar and it comes unassembled it makes me think that someone has been sent this and returned it. Not happy with having to buy these because they are proprietary in the first place and because they know that their products are being knocked off every day by an Asian countries manufacturers and most of the knock offs don't fit the way Genuine Fender parts do. Fender needs to get a handle on the quality control if we have to pay extra and make sure we aren't paying through the nose for JUNK.

まだ交換してませんが
ブリッジが3wayのせいか3弦の音がなかなか合わないもので購入しました。期待を込めて星5個です。
