Amazing my foot has been bad for over ten years I used this today I felt it crushing the knots immediately the pain I have had for over ten years absolutely dissolved with the nots I actually can't believe it. Blood starting flowing into my foot properly again I felt it all the way up to my knee the rush of blood. I don't know what I suffer with I think it's metatarsalogia as the pain I get is in the middle of the front padding of my left foot and this worked to relieve the pain I've had for many years. 100% worth buying.

Its sturdy, but light and if i was being really picky i'd prefer it to be slighly longer, but I'm very happy with it. This shape is ideal for my plantar fasciitis and unlike the spiky balls, it's less likely to roll right away from you. Easy to clean.

Bought this to help with my plantar fasciitis. It’s been excellent. It does work. I had been using my dogs Scooby Doo ball, but this has been so much better. It has helped soothe my PF.

Great bit of kit, I bought this after starting to suffer with plantar fasciitis during some training runs.I used it everyday to help massage both feet and it seems to definitely be helping.It’s made from a good sturdy plastic and seems really well built. Nach langem probieren und schonen habe ich mir nach Internetrecherche diese Rolle gekauft um meine Plantarfaszien-Entzündung zu behandeln. This foot roller has been so helpful for my extremely sore foot. It is just the perfect size to be able to bring with you for a long car ride, or to have it under your desk at work to use throughout the day. The bunps to massage on it aren't so big that they hurt the pressure points, but they aren't so small that you dont feel anything. The sides have the massage bumps as well which is so nice for the sides of your feet without having to bend your ankle awkwardly. Over all this is a very good little product, both myself, and my young kids are enjoying!
