Compared to my old one, which I bought 15 years ago, where you had to have two AA batteries, it was quite heavy and very simple, but it did the job.This one is on a different level with rechargeable performance, so there's no need to buy batteries, and it actually talks to you and records for several people and tells you the interpretation of the results to someone who is not a medical professional.It's very light and built very well.I'm very impressed with this item and its great value.I think everyone 40 years old and over should be having this or anyone younger with existing medical conditions so you can monitor your blood pressure. It's the only thing that the smartwatches don't do, and if they do, it's not accurate compared to where they can check your heart rate, oxygen saturation, and stress levels.It fits perfectly around even a large wrist, and the design of the screen is nice and easy to read even for elderly people.It comes in a nice, strong, hard case when you're not using it.

Easy to use come understand what it says like it better than the one

Absolute pile of rubbish. It’s made like a piece of tourist tat that you play with once and then sits in a junk drawer forever after that one use.It was fairly ok to use in those 4 times and maybe I had a dodgy one but I doubt it. It was fine, seemed accurate but I would rather spend an extra £7-10 and buy a well known brand.

Tested this unit with my doctor and I’ve been advised to return this unit ASAP

I work with dementia patients who do not like the arm cuff and trying to take their blood pressure often causes upset. I have had a wrist machine in the past but was not impressed. When I saw this particular machine I thought I would try it as it is rechargable and I don't need to mess about buying batteries. This machine is very impressive. Its small, quick and efficient. So much easier. It also talks, so is good for anyone with sight loss. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase.

Handy machine , l can't stand the arm cuff ones they hurt too much this solves that, as l have to take regular readings it helps a lot woul recommend
