I bought this as a gift to my sister and she loves it . She has sensitive skin and uses the red light setting on it and she states it’s help ease her skin

The mask is huge and too heavy to sit on your face. The eye holes aren't big enough and on the back of the mask, the eyes stick out and poke INTO your eyes. It's so heavy and painful I can't hold my eyes open.And in the pic you can see that my mouth is where the nose hole is... and I dont have a tiny face.

I LOVED this product when I first bought it as it did wonders for my skin. But, the fit was slightly uncomfortable & the cord is placed at the bottom where your chin is making it easily breakable. After only a few months, it is broken and can not be used. Would not recommend unless the design has changed.

I did not enjoy this mask, I tried it once in the hopes that I wouldn't have to lay down with this on. It's very heavy and uncomfortable to be sitting up with this on. I sent it back the next day and ordered one that was made of material that had velcro straps, which I love. I can still sit at my computer while wearing it.

I wouldn't recommend this mask. You must be plugged into power to use. The cord is too short and you must be close to an outlet in order to use. I wouldn't recommend this product and I wouldn't have purchased if I knew that it was not cordless.

FIRST- I want to give everyone a HEADS UP that most of the thousands of so called "reviews" are NOT for this mask! If you translate the reviews to English, the reviews are for a totally different houseware product. I chose this mask because I was MISLEAD into thinking it had alot of great reviews.The Manufacturer needs to correct this ASAP on Amazon. Sadly, if they need to use other product reviews to boost the ratings of their mask, it just makes the company look dishonest & shady.As for the mask itself, I would say the PROS:-The mask lights up very brightly.-Mask is big enough to cover my whole face.-Material seems its pretty good quality. Plastic is thick and sturdy.CONS--Charging cords are pretty short. They are not long enough for a person to move around very much. I actually thought the mask was cordless. I figured since it had a huge remote, the cords were just what was used to charge up the mask, NOT keep them plugged into the product while using it. It would've been great if the mask was cordless.- My bed is farely close to my outlet and the cord is still too short. Ideally, it would be nice to lie comfortably on my bed while using the mask.-The mask itself isnt that comfortable.-The one strap the mask has isnt secure enough to hold it steady in place. If the mask had 2 straps, one for the top of the head and one for around the head (circumference), it would be so much more secure to wear.I don't think it was worth the money. I guess for now, I'll have to lay on the hard floor for 15-30 min each time I use it. It's too bad that I may have to return it. Bummer. SMH

Worked great for a few weeks, I noticed less redness and smoother skin. Then the metal piece that attaches the power cord to the mask bent and broke. It plugs in by the chin, and has to stay plugged in while using, poor design. I decided to buy a wireless mask instead.
