Beautiful and the quality you would expect for the price. I bought this for my dads ashes so i wanted the very best and i loved the design of this for him. Great piece of jewelry for commemorating an important person and finding jewelry for men can be difficult especially a cremation type piece but this is beautiful and perfectly suited for such. great quality. The containing piece is very small only a small amount of ashes can be held but all the required tools are included to tranfer the ashes so that none are wasted or spilled. Its great as a gift piece and everything about it is beautiful and it isnt large and bulky so can be comfortably worn everyday or hung from anything with a great fit. The chain isnt cheesy and doesnt look easy to break.

I purchased this for my Grandma and myself, after my Papa passed away. She gave each of us grandkids, as well as their kids some of my Papas ashes. What started as a kind gift to my Grammy to honor my Papa, turned into one being ordered for each of us girls. It is small, but it is beautiful. I feel like there’s a gap between the opal and the diamonds like it didn’t set in straight. It’s definitely all scratched up already. One of the diamonds is crooked so I thought I lost one. I hope it’s a real opal, but very nice design, although the whole and funnel to put ashes in are so small, it took a long time to barely get any in. I hope it’s Filled enough, but the chain is a great thick quality gorgeous with the opal and diamonds very modern and timeless to keep a little bit of my loved one close to my heart

This ashes pendant was so small it was hard to get ashes into, even with the supplied funnel and other accessories. It is very pretty and comes with a chain. I won't send it back, but I won't buy it again.

The first one they sent had a small but noticeable defect. However, when I requested an exchange, they immediately accommodated and sent another before i was able to send the original back. Within a matter of a few days I had a new one that was very nice looking. I'm very happy with their Customer service and their understanding. This purchase meant a lot to me and they made sure to make it right no matter what. It is absolutely beautiful and it was worth a few extra days to get a new one while I sent the first one back.
