Easy Take Carbs
These Maurten drink mixes are easy to mix and easy to take. I've used them in the run-up to marathons and take them in the morning of the marathon and while hanging about waiting for the race to start. I've also considered carrying them in a race itself. They're a little bit bulky for that, but if you find gels difficult to take, these can be a great substitute.
