This thing is the shiznit! I was thinking about buying it for about a month, and I'm so glad I did! I have the 59" one with the red wax. The wax looks red when it is off, but more of a pinkish color when it is in operation. I don't mind that at all, it's gorgeous! I think the color is slightly different than what the picture shows but that doesn't bother me. Some people might not be happy about that, but in my case it's fine because I have a lot of pink and red decor in my living room. This thing looks super modern. I put it next to my TV. It's really fun to watch TV and kind of glance over at it doing its thing. It's quite a statement piece, I didn't even know lava lamps came this big. when I saw it on Amazon, I just knew I had to get it because I am OBSESSED with lava lamps! I have four other lamps including a glitter lamp. This is a great addition to my collection. She is definitely worth the price! Honestly, she's such a good deal for what you get! I felt like the setup was super easy as well... Only thing that could have been improved is the instruction leaflet doesn't tell you that the cord pulls out of/curls up into the base. I was trying to figure out why the cord didn't seem like it was going to go into the base when I was putting the stand into the base, but I figured it out and all was good! I like this sooooo much, and if I had room for more of them I would buy another one! The box that it comes in is also very sturdy packaged with lots of Styrofoam so it will not break! I saved the box so that when I move, I can just put all the pieces back in there. That way nothing will not get jostled around or broken. The glass tube (part that has the lava in it) actually comes wrapped in like a little piece of pool noodle, so that it doesn't break! I think it is so well made and I am super super super happy! Also wanted to mention that it comes with the G9 bulb that it needs which is 50 watts. They are easy to find on Amazon and I think you can also get them at places like Lowe's, Ace Hardware, and Home Depot. It comes with a spare bulb too, so that you don't have to go to the store to buy another one when the first one runs out. Luckily for me it looks like it's going to last a long time! It's a teeny tiny bulb and it comes with a pair of tongs that have a soft gripping mechanism on them so that you can get it into the base. Your hand will not fit into the base to put the bulb in, so you have to use these tongs. At first I thought I was going to squeeze the bulb too hard with the tongs, and it took me a couple of times to get it into the socket, it's kind of a tight squeeze, but on the third try it popped right in! Video speaks for itself. Love the look of this one with clear liquid instead of colored liquid. Looks like the wax is floating in air. This video was taken the first day I received it after about 2 hours of heating up. My house was rather warm that day so it didn’t take as long warming up as the instructions said it would. Love how large it is and how the glass bottle locks into the base, making it very sturdy. This lava lamp is a popular conversation piece when guests come over. I often find myself staring at it for extended periods of time as it’s so relaxing.

Works fantastic. Looks exactly like pictured. Very nicely made and sturdy. Gets warm but not so hot it can’t be touched. Wax cycles perfectly all the way to top of the column. Puts out considerable amount of light with shadows in a large room. High recommended if looking for a large lava.

Wax and liquid for this big a lamp costs a lot, but the lamp itself is still built well also. It's sturdy and doesn't tip over and doesn't get too hot! I did have a scratch on the inside of my glass and was unsure if it was safe to use so the seller is sending me a new one which is very nice as I didn't even ask about that and they immediately sent a new one. It comes with very detailed instructions and it matches them. It took about 5 hours for it to do anything the first time, but after 2 more runs it now starts moving shortly after turning on. The only issue though is the lamp itself is not that bright so you do have to put it in a well lit area if you choose a darker wax. The color is pretty, it is still a little dark so waiting for it to lighten a little. I haven't noticed any issues with the bulb flickering or anything and it's very easy to turn on and off

I am OBSESSED! It’s bright enough to be able to see the surrounding area but not so bright it hurts your eyes when you have a headache. It doesn’t mention it in but it has a floor button which I am absolutely in love with (it’s an underestimated accessibility feature)! The wax is a gorgeous magma red. The base and glass is much sturdier than i imagined. Super easy and intuitive set up even as a disabled person! Super easy to clean fingerprints off the glass too! I got this lava lamp because I needed a lamp that wasn’t going to be too bright without compromising on my bedroom’s aesthetic. I’m also autistic and discovered it’s an amazing visual stim, i genuinely could watch it for hours (i did watch it for an hour straight when it first started flowing). I’m absolutely in love with it.

Item started smoking and draining after a few hours of use. It splashed hot wax on the wall. Used standard plug in and followed all instructions.

It’s a solid product shipped well only issue we have is a lot of floaters in the water as well as smudges on the inner glass that can’t be cleaned will see if support can help
