My daughters right original switch controller started doing that fun little thing where it starts moving by itself and the only way to stop it is to turn it off, put it down and cry about the fact that you bought this thing brand new and it stopped functioning after 3 weeks. Anywho there’s many way to replace it, you can pay more than what this awesome controller costs to get a single right controller, you can buy a set for $80, you can buy and build one from the inside out or you can jump in after reading an overwhelming amount of reviews about all the different brands and styles here on Amazon and just buy one. So I did. My kids are rough with everything they own from their shoes to their to their pillows. Literally everything. We go through so many screen protectors now. Probably single handedly keeping some brands in business! As they are both diagnosed with ADHD and I’m on the spectrum we like things that are a bit more durable. This absolutely fits the bill! I love that it locks the console in place, there’s no fear of it falling out or getting loose. I love the size of the handles. At first I thought they’d be too big but after watching my daughter play they’re just honestly such a better fit than the much smaller original controllers. She can keep a grip on them, I don’t worry as much about them slipping out of her hands. I love the light features, you can change the colors, you can have rainbow, you can even adjust the brightness! And for I think it was $5 more you can get the other one with different designs. There’s like a lightning one, a spider web one, one that reminds me of rupunzels golden flower drawing, and a couple more. All of which you can also choose the strength of vibration too which is awesome. Some kids don’t like that sensation and we can turn it completely off. It comes with dual ended c chargers with a usb plug in, so you can plug in both the controller and the switch at the same time ( into the car or car phone charger which has been a life saver on road trips where I’d like to take less cords if at all possible). I would buy again (I just did actually, because there’s a second switch in this house and “it’s just not as cool as sisters is. Without the lights”) If something negative happens I will update this but as for now we thoroughly enjoy them. They feel extremely similar to an Xbox controller for those of us that were curious. You can’t keep on any case or skin, that I’ve tried but I’m sure there might be some paper thin ones out there somewhere. Idk but I think this is a great controller. It does all the things and all our personal boxes of what we needed in a controller. Not for someone who likes to take them off and use them independently. This product worked exactly as described. This has survived 2 months of daily play from my 7 year old son. It has been dropped and knocked off a table, it's totally fine! It has a great battery life! It lasts 5+ hours of game play. Two negative things though; 1) I had to remove my screen protector to make the switch fit into the controller 2) the locking mechanism to hold the switch in doesn't work great but the switch has never fallen out of the controller.

Long battery play, durable, vibration & color changing works great, connectivity is easy, great for handheld game play. Love that it has the lock in place ability. Grip feels good in your hands. Great quality definetly worth the price. 5 year old approved as well gives parents peace of mind that its durable.

This is an initial review and does not have any real time in games. The feel is sleek, ergonomic. I had a LOT of issues with the original connection, but has not had issues with connection since. The information was kind of easily available online, but it helps to have know-how. The colors are pretty, the weight feels good, I am pretty happy with it. There is no support readily available, which is fine if you have the knowhow I mentioned. For the price? Absolutely worth it, especially when you consider the Switch handles are like 80$ for ones that break quickly and feel hard on the wrists.

Like I love this controller it was a nice addition to my Nintendo switch like I love that. It doesn’t drain your battery too fast. The vibration is also a nice condition. And I can honestly say after playing with this for over two years I still do not have any stick drift the gameplay phenomenal and it was very easy to connect. I would 10 out of 10 recommend
