Works great. Better than Reflux gourmet and Gaviscon advance
So I just started using these I think it's been 4 nights so far and I can say these are working very well!!!I previously was using gaviscon advance for a decade but randomly looked into the ingredients which scared me away due to the bad preservatives and saccharin artificial sweetener.so here I am trying this stuff! The magic ingredient in this stuff is the sodium alginate which forms a *raft* / *barrier* at the top of your stomach so your stomach acid contents don't slosch up into your esophagus. When you use this stuff you do NOT want to eat anything after otherwise it will most likely break up the raft/barrier it temporarily forms. Drinking water is fine to get the capsules down of course. So whatever your gonna eat, do that before you take this stuff otherwise it may not work well. Not a product defect just the nature of using a sodium alginate product.Serving size Comparison of what you get in terms of alginate (more the better the raft)•Refluxter(this stuff):Over 1000mg+ of alginate (as their website states) Also listed as their first ingredient which by law means that's the ingredient that makes up most of this product.•Reflux Gourmet tube:425mg of their proprietary blend with alginate being listed as their second ingredient which means they are using probably around less than 200mg of alginate.•Gaviscon Advance:1000mg sodium alginate.•Reflux raft:245mg of their proprietary blend with alginate being listed as their second ingredients which means they are using probably around less than 120mg of alginate. The most cost effective seems to be this refluxter supplement. Don't bother with reflux gourmet or reflux raft as for the cost of it for the extremely small quantity is a total rip off. Gaviscon advance would be the next one below this imo but it does leave me waking up with a raw/burning mouth/throat which I believe is due to its other ingredients. I will continue using Refluxter as its the best I've came across. The ingredients are natural and clean unlike the others. This is why they have a prop65 warning (California law) there is naturally occuring small amounts of lead just like any other food which will have naturally occuring stuff. This stuff has less naturally occuring lead than rice for example. ANY sodium alginate will contain lead wether they state it or not. Unless it's some synthetic alginate which obviously is not good. The taste is fine I mean it's just a capsule that you swallow so it doesn't taste like anything, no burp flavors or odors, seems to work quick!I use to wake up with a burning warm throat from reflux and so far have not encountered that while using this. I will update my review if anything changes.

Definitely a product I’ll keep on hand.
I’ve been dealing with reflux on and off for a while, and I decided to give Nutritist Refluxter a try. I’m so glad I did. It’s gentle but surprisingly effective, and I noticed a difference within the first few days. My chest and throat don’t feel irritated like they used to, and I can finally enjoy meals without that constant discomfort afterward. What I really like is that it doesn’t feel harsh on my stomach, and it actually supports digestion instead of just masking the issue. I feel more comfortable and balanced overall, and it’s been a real relief to have something natural that works this well. Definitely a product I’ll keep on hand.

Works Good!
Works great. Calls for 2 capsules, but I only ever take 1 and it works for me. Capsules are on the larger size, but as long as it works I don’t mind.

Helps me when used consistently before bed
I find that this works best when used consistently after dinner / before bed. I take 2 of these and then sleep on my back and/or on my left side and I'm good for the night. Unlike Gaviscon, the effect is not noticeable immediately and there was no discernible sensation or taste for me. For the most part, I would consider this a plus, though I would still reach for Gaviscon Advance for breakout symptoms.I also take half of a Famotidine (Pepcid AC) before my first meal of the day (noon) which I find works better for me during the daytime. These Refluxter pills are on the expensive side so I just save them for night time and limit myself to the 2 per day.

Does what it claims.
All I can say is it really works. It doesn't cause bloat and didn't give me any intestinal issues. Even though I'm on acid blockers I still have issues when I eat something spicy or very acidic but not with this. These are great to have on hand.

Didn't Work and Led to Other Issues
Didn't do anything for my reflux, in fact, it tended to make it worse (trigger) and then caused stomach upset and gas. I tried taking a smaller dose and it did the same thing. Tried to return it, but seller doesn't accept returns so be careful if you order.

I’m a fan!
Day 3 with immediate LPR relief from 2 capsules after dinner only! I can swallow and I don’t feel like I have a lump of ick in my throat. I’m a fan!

Amazing results!
I was kind of hoping this wouldn't work, because it's expensive. The $29 bottle only lasts 10-15 days since I take it 2 to 3 times per day. But it has been life-changing. For 4 years I have had to take PPIs pretty much daily if I didn't want to spend most of the day with terrible heartburn, and many days I combined that with famotidine and/or Tums. I opened my bottle of Refluxter 2 weeks ago and haven't taken a single dose of PPI or H2 blocker since. I have taken a half dose of Tums on 3 to 4 occasions during that time but that is it. So I suppose $2-3 per day is worth the comfort without the risk of side effects. Definitely try this if you want to get away from heartburn medications.
