PCOS The Dietitian's Guide: Second Edition
When this book came out I was very happy to know that Edition TWO had arrived since Angela is a master at helping clients with this condition. Not only has she added a comprehensive section regarding how to work with body image issues and eating disorders, but she also lists supplements that can be helpful for the client to incorporate. This book is necessary for all clinicians who diagnose as I see too often in my practice MD's who misinform their patients and this book is a MUST Have for all medical professionals who work with PCOS. Lastly, she does a beautiful job in the eating disorder/body image section as those of us who work with these clients find that too often clients with PCOS have different types of eating disorders and body image issues. Thank you Angela!

Most amazing book ever!
I was diagnosed in 2009 and I ignored my problem until 2012 when I was my heaviest. I was trying everything and did okay. Lost the weight it came back. After reading this I know why. Time to change it all.

Great for beginners - not for those who are already up to date
I bought this and was very excited to maybe learn more about PCOS as a dietitian. However, I found it is very much written for those who are novice. I already knew all the information + much more than what was presented in this book - and because of that I am slightly disappointed. However, it's still a great book for those who maybe don't know that much already and it's definitely a topic that needs much more education especially for those who are dietitians! If I was a beginner I would give this 5 stars....but because I didn't learn anything new I dropped it down to 3 stars. Still worth the read in my opinion.

Very informative.
Excellent source of information on PCOS. Definitely directed toward medical professionals and sometimes a little hard to follow with its heavy use of medical acronyms but well worth it. Highly recommend.
