Great for the price, quality food and flavors, healthy -note some kitties might find the duck or rabbit to be a bit too rich at first. I recommend using Chicken 1st to wean cats to the quality Instinct food.

It seems like it is good cat food but cat likes Nulo better

Great for tummies. The only time my cat’s pancreatitis returned was when I tried her on a different food. A little expensive until I think of all the emergency vet visits I’m not paying for.

We've been trying to find a better cat food with better quality ingredients and our cats seem to be doing well on this Instinct brand. We have one particular cat - poor fella - he is prone to diarrhea from most cat food varieties. Trying Instinct, so far, has been successful and he has not been near as bad with the digestive issues. All our cats seem to like the different flavors also so that is good. We even got them a bag of the Instinct kibble and they seem to like that too. I would say, if your cat is having problems it might be worth giving it a try to just see how they do on it. Especially if they are diarrhea-prone - I know this helped our kitty out.

Great qualities without any wheat component! I first looked into this brand because I suspect one of my cats (the orange one looking into the camera) was allergic to wheat. My cats just loved them, and the duck recipe is absolutely their favorite! But be aware that it contains Montmorillonite Clay. Most cats should be okay with it, but in the long run, one of my cats (also the orange kitty looking into the camera) got constipation because of the water absorbing effect of the clay. So definitely keep an eye on your cat’s bowel habit if this is the cat’s primary source of wet food.

I bought this Instinct wet cat food because it has a good ingredient profile and a good amount of actual, healthy meats. However, my cats are very picky and did not seem to like it, leaving most in their bowls. Good value for the money though, and your cats may like it!

My cat loves this stuff. She's definitely a picky eater too.
