I have 50 years of experience with isometrics. Bought my first Bullworker in 1974. They WORK. Put a muscle under a certain amount of tension over a certain amount of time and it WILL GET STRONGER-THAT IS A FACT! The X5 Pro with it's 4 straps (allows me to change the resistance and range of motion without changing the spring) a great feature. It's 28 inch size and changeable springs make the Pro very versatile. I have found that isometrics for me, can increase my strength quicker than any other method of training, and I've done them all. My cellar is full of strength machines.I use the X5 Pro differently than what Bullworker states one to do. I do 30-40 exercises with about a 10 second hold. I DO NOT do any reps. The strength benefits come wholly the the HOLD, and for me. the reps are a waste of time, I've tested this out over the years, and makes the workout too long. I only train 2 days a week. One big mistake is training to frequently with isometrics, which can strain your system without you knowing it. And yes, used correctly and faithfully the Bullworker CAN BUILD MUSCLE, it has for me. Also isometrics has shown to lower blood pressure and mine is 120/70, not bad for my age. The X5 Pro, used correctly, is a great tool for strength training and conditioning whether you are 15 or 80.

Incredibly happy with the product. It can be used to hit just about any muscle group. It can be used as a standalone device for a complete workout or as an addition to a workout routine that you are already doing. Build quality is superb. Highly recommend BullWorker for those that are looking to up their workout game.

I am the type of person that has a really hard time with making it to the gym. I’m extremely busy and when I’m home I just want to be home. I was introduced to the x5 pro about a month ago and it has changed my viewpoint and my lifestyle completely. I use the x5 pro about 5 days out of the week and have seen a huge difference! My strength has increased, my mobility has increased, I look a lot more toned, and I’m able to do everything at home. The workout book that comes with it helps so much and has given me a complete at home workout. I canceled my gym membership and will keep to this. Thank you so much for introducing this to me!

Best isometric tool on market expensive I get it but it's high quality tool. I. Have owned and used them forever serious exercise product.

Must have in the arsenal. I like to vary my workouts, but this is something you can use everyday and hit everything you need. Couldn't recommend it more!

The one and only dislike i have is changing the springs. I was able to change out one spring and that took an hour to open! ! I tried to change out again, the same frustration. Why make the spring lock almost impossible to open ???
