I've been using this daily for 16 years ever since being diagnosed with macular degeneration. No progression in my condition. Very pleased.

Took one capsule a day for months until I finished the bottle. Now I can leave a review. Ultimately, I can’t say I noticed anything at all. Nothing worse, nothing better. My eyes are just as they’ve always been. Maybe this product is great for maintenance. I’m 50 now so thought it was best to start taking supplements as preventatives like Lutein for eye health.After doing some research I’ve seen conflicting information such as 20 mg of Lutein being too high or not necessary. And that the average is up to 10 mg a day. But I didn’t have any side effects with this so I guess it was fine. This also has Astaxanthin, which for me tends to make me a bit tired and suppresses my libido, but the amount is on the lower end so this didn’t affect me too much. Overall the product seemed fine to me.

I ordered 150, which I haven't used in at least five years, and they're perfect. It might not work for everybody, but it worked for me.Being 71, all I need to do is find a supplement that gets rid of cataracts lolol
