I cooked some right away because I enjoy them on salad, they cooked up really nice and seemed good quality. It tastes delicious. They're also so easy to can that I'm going to can a few jars, lots cheaper than the store and makes it really handy to have them cooked.

I've just recently gotten into the habit of making my own hummus. These beans are incredibly clean and cook up so plump and creamy. Highly recommended.

We make hummus often and mayo from the aquafaba. This brand is a frugal choice, good price and excellent taste. The packaging often comes very broken up and damaged, but the beans are okay

I watch food network and Molly Yeh said there's nothing like hummus made from dried chick peas instead of the canned. I have made it from canned in the past and they get "pasty". After buying the bag of dried peas, I found a recipe for making hummus in my Ninja Foodi. What a difference! It only takes 55 minutes at high pressure and the peas are perfect to blend with tahini, herbs and oil. My husband wouldn't touch hummus until I made it from the dried peas. I store them in jars I seal with my Food Saver. I will buy again. I now look for the Rani product when ordering specialty foods as I've never been disappointed.
